RENT THE Community BARN

Our sustainably-built Community Barn is ready to rent and is the ideal event venue for everything from team meetings and community presentations, to employee appreciation gatherings and baby showers. The River Road Community Barn features tall ceilings, energy efficient heating and cooling, free on-site parking, and floor-length windows that open to views of the River Road Farm and native plant courtyard.

Details

Availability: The event space is available to rent 8AM - 10PM, 7 days a week.

Commercial kitchen use: We have a certified commercial kitchen available as an add-on to your barn rental. While we cannot offer the space for value-added products, it is available for catering or for food not for sale.

Capacity: Max capacity for indoor events is 61. There is an outdoor courtyard and porch available, too.

Impact: Your support benefits the 20,000 children and adults impacted by our work each year. All Garden City Harvest rental funds flow directly into the important work of growing food with and for the Missoula community.

  • 52 chairs

  • Smart TV with USB port and full internet access

  • Wifi

  • Private bathroom

  • Free on-site parking

  • Tap water, electric kettle, & coffee maker available for use (BYO coffee & tea)

  • Courtyard landscaped with native plants and shrubs, accessible through French doors.

Price:

  • Individuals, Groups, and Businesses:

    • $100/ hour

  • 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organizations:

    • $50/ hour

  • NEW: Day Rate

    • 6+ hour rentals will have 10% off total rental charge!

All approved rentals require a signed rental agreement, and a $100 refundable incidentals deposit. Time for event set-up and clean-up is included in the total invoiced amount.
